  I wanted to make zero stars but it wasn't allowed. I was really looking forward to some green beans and a coffee on the way home after a long trip. The beans - saggy and limp and browning at the ends, NOT GOOD. The coffee, ordered a large recieved a medium, and frankly it was like dishwater, NOT GOOD. The wait, it took about 15 minutes when there really wasn't that many folk about, NOT GOOD. Sorry folks, your service was CRAP, the quality was CRAP, and it is very expensive. I think that will be my last visit

  Normally stop at Olivers on my way to Melbourne for a coffee. Did that this morning and was extremely disappointed and disgusted. Ordered a latte and an iced coffee, then another lady ordered some food and a coffee and mistakenly took the latte intended for me off the counter and went and sat down. When the iced coffee was made the staff member indicated that it was for me and i asked her if the latte was still to come. The staff member told me the latte had already been put up and then called to the other lady that ordered to bring the coffee back and then proceeded to give it to me. Which she then refused to make me a fresh one. This is completely against health regulations and so instead of enjoying my coffee from olivers, i threw it in the bin. I will not be stopping in again and i will not be recommending to anyone. Avoid at all costs for this complete disregard of health regulations!!!!
