  VERY poor customer service. We went to buy 3 bar stools. There were 4 of the type we wanted on display and 2 in boxes. The store refused to sell any of the floor stock even though they had 4 in good condition and we offered to pay the full asking price. They told us it would take 3 weeks to get another stool or we could drive to Hopper's Crossing to see if they had one. We had just waited 5 weeks for two bookshelves to arrive so we went falling for that again...it's not like we live somewhere remote...this is Geelong. So we left without our 3 stools and fortunately found them somewhere else at a comparable price. My retail knowledge say's Never let a customer leave empty handed...you failed Fantastic Furnature and we will go elsewhere from now on.

  Ordered a bed frame and matress.. was waiting for mattress to arrive.. They said it would arrive on tuesday.. the bed frame was already at the store even went to pick it up before the mattress arrived but did not fit in car so we left it at their store.. called up on Tuesday they said the mattress has arrive but they were waiting for the bed frame.. think that says they sold my bed frame to someone else.. because the bed frame was at their store.. had a car ready to come pick up everything.. need my room done before I go out on placement. Wasting my time Fantastic furniture geelong.. won't be buying from here again..
